TOS for Artwork
1: I claim the right to deny work to anyone
2: You may be refunded as long as I haven't started on your commission
3: Please do not pressure me to finish a commission. Artwork is not the only thing that takes up my life and there may be commissions before you
4: If you are a commissioner, All Works in progress photos (ie sketch, lineart, etc) are posted on my trello, which can be found through the linktree in my instagram bio.
5: I do not work with anyone under the age of 13 without parental consent.
6: Commissions are worked on every day, otherwise will be stated on my instagram.
7: Complex designs cost extra.
8: I am up for haggling/bending prices, please private message me for more information.
9: Some artwork i will not do is: Heavy gore, NSFW, Offensive content.
10: Please do not use my artwork without crediting me.
11: You MUST pay before I begin a commission
12: I will not take anything other than money as payment for commissions
13: Do not trace, recolor, edit, alter or do anything to my artwork without my consent.
14:Do not use my artwork for commercial usage
TOS for Fursuit commissions
1: I claim the right to refuse work to anyone
2: Fursuit commissions take 2-5 months to complete WHEN STARTED.
3: Please credit my craftmanship, do not claim my fursuit work as your own.
4: My experience spans 5 years of active work, Please keep in mind I am still learning my craft and I am no seasoned maker.
6: Injury or damage to the suit you receive within 4 months can be sent back to me at no cost (other than shipping) for repairs.
7: Please contact me on information about repair, Cleaning, and upkeep of your fursuit.
8: To make a suit, I need to be provided with a detailed full reference sheet of your character.
9: Refunds are permitted as long as the suit is not started.
10: I require downpayment of 45% before starting on a suit.
11: Quotes for suits are always open, please contact me for information on that.
